Organization

The Esbart Egarenc, being a section of Centre Social Catòlic de Terrassa, even has a complete organitzativa structure as if an independent being it was and from its foundation in 1958 it counts on the General Assembly.

The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Group.
All the Active and Collaborating Members comprise by own and cannot be waived right.

The Regulation of Internal Order, approved by the General Assembly in held meeting the 3 of March of 1990, determines four classes of members, and establishes the rights and obligations of each one of these groups:

Active Member:
Those are Active Members all that have a specific activity within the Group.
The Active members must be partners of Centre Social Catòlic and enjoy the right of voice and vote.

Collaborating Member:
Those are Collaborating Members all that, without holding directive positions, nor having a specific activity, collaborate —more or less with assiduity— in the general organization of the Group or in the one of certain acts.
The Collaborating Members are not essential that he is partners of Centre Social Catòlic and in this case they only enjoy the voice right.

Old Member:
In this type those Active and Collaborating Members are included all that they inflict losses like so.
They must right to be informed into the activities of the Group and to return to enter like Active or Collaborating Member conserving the antiquity that they had.

Honorary Member:
The condition of Honorary Member is granted, to proposal of the Board of directors, those members or personalities that by its trajectory they are deserving of this distinction:

The General Assembly reunited in extraordinary session every four years chooses, of between all the Active members, to the President of the Group and the Board of directors.
